半年净利同比增1.4倍，晶澳科技为扩产发布百亿可转债

<p cms-style="font-L"> 其中，<span id="stock_sz000591">太阳能</span><span id="quote_sz000591">(<font color="red">8.700</font>, <font color="red">0.05</font>, <font color="red">0.58%</font>)</span>组件收入为273.9亿元，同比增长81.11%，占该公司总营收的比重为96.2%。此板块毛利率为12.58%，比上年微增0.33%。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 今年一季度，晶澳科技归母净利润为7.5亿元，同比增长378.27%；二季度归母净利9.52亿元，环比增长26.9%。</p>

<p cms-style="font-L"> 半年报披露的同时，晶澳科技还宣布，拟发行不超100亿元可转债，用于包头晶澳（三期）20 GW拉晶切片项目、年产10 GW高效电池和5 GW高效组件项目、年产10 GW高效率太阳能电池片项目及补充流动资金。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 今年上半年，晶澳科技曲靖10 GW拉晶及切片、越南3.5 GW电池、义乌5 GW电池、合肥2.5 GW组件等项目已投产；包头20 GW拉晶及切片、越南2.5 GW拉晶及切片等新建、改扩建项目正在推进中。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 截至2021年底，晶澳科技拥有组件产能近40 GW，上游硅片和电池产能约为组件产能的80%。按照晶澳科技未来产能规划，2022年底规划组件产能超50 GW，硅片和电池产能会继续保持组件产能的80%左右。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 晶澳科技预计，到2023年底组件产能将超过75G W，硅片和电池产能相应增加。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 界面新闻注意到，与去年年报相比，晶澳科技调整了业务，分设了三个事业群，分别是光伏产品事业群、智慧能源事业部和光伏新材事业部。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 其中，光伏产品事业群仍是该公司主营的硅棒硅片、电池、组件等重点业务；智慧能源事业部聚焦集中式地面电站、工商业分布式电站、户用光伏储能电站三大业务；光伏新材事业部主要产品有光伏拉晶设备、光伏热场系统、光伏导电材料、光伏封装材料等。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L"><font cms-style="font-L"><font cms-style="font-L">晶澳科技称，其</font></font></font><font cms-style="font-L"><font cms-style="font-L"><font cms-style="font-L">以主产业链“光伏产品事业群”为依托；设立“智慧能源事业部”，将加大下游光伏应用的投入，扩大光伏电站开发建设规模，同步探索光伏应用场景的开发；设立“光伏新材事业部”，是为了持续降低成本。</font></font></font></p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 在技术领域，晶澳科技拥有魄秀（Percium）电池，平均转换效率23.7%。未来，晶澳科技计划利用超大尺寸硅片，在现有产魄秀电池及组件技术基础上，使组件功率达到600W，以降低组件单瓦成本。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 对于业内关注的N型技术，晶澳科技研发了N型倍秀（Bycium）电池，转换效率达25%，具备大规模量产条件；异质结高效电池研发项目中试线陆续试产中。该公司也在研究和储备IBC 电池、钙钛矿及叠层电池技术。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 同日，另一光伏组件龙头<span id="stock_sh688599">天合光能</span><span id="quote_sh688599">(<font color="red">71.330</font>, <font color="red">1.48</font>, <font color="red">2.12%</font>)</span>（688599.SH）也发布了半年报。其上半年实现营收357.31亿元，同比增长76.99%；归母净利润12.7亿元，同比增长79.85%。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 天合光能称，这主要因为上半年光伏组件、系统产品销售业务营收同比大幅增长。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 天合光能预计，到2022年底，其电池片、组件产能分别达50 GW、65 GW，210/210R（210R为该公司至尊组件名称）产能占比超过90%。天合光能也正在建立部分N型自主产业链，确保自身主材料供应。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 根据去年组件出货数据，天合光能为全球第二大组件制造商，晶澳科技排名第三，两者出货量分别为24.81 GW和24.53 GW。</p>
