混合两个五角，选定刚才的混合和圆弧，替换混合轴

复制一份，翻转重叠

画点，注意点的过渡要自然，方法还是采用混合比较理想，只不过混合后要扩展，再调整圆点的位置，圆点中心点一定要在线的交叉点上。

整体复制圆点，复制角度20°，得到，就完成了!
