1、新建大小适当的文档，背景填充黑色。然后分层画出鞋面的各个面板，分别填充下图所示的颜色。考虑到鞋跟和鞋底会被遮住，画的时候需要画大一点。

2、鞋面部分的制作，分为下面六步，过程如下图。除了纹理部分，其它部分都可以用钢笔及画笔做出来。
