1、把原图素材保存到本机，打开PS软件，再打开保存的气球素材。按Ctrl + J 把背景图层复制一层，原背景图层填充白色，如下图。

2、在工具箱选择“钢笔工具”，在属性栏选择“路径”。

3、沿着气球的边缘勾出下图所示的路径。

4、按Ctrl + 回车把路径转为选区。

5、点击蒙版按钮，添加蒙版，效果如下图。

6、创建一个黑白调整图层，效果如下图。
