提前截止！“中特估”再迎活水 新一批央企指数基金上报待“批”
<div class="article" id="artibody"><p cms-style="font-L"> 继此前3只中证国新央企<font cms-style="font-L">股东</font>回报<font cms-style="font-L">ETF</font>纷纷实现首募20亿元以来，又一只中证国新央企ETF宣布募资达到20亿元上限。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L strong-Bold">首募规模超过20亿元</font></p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 6月16日，南方<font cms-style="font-L">基金公告</font>称，截至6月15日，南方中证国新央企科技引领ETF募集期间内的有效认购申请已超过募集规模上限20亿元，<font cms-style="font-L">基金</font>将对募集期内的有效认购申请采用“全程比例确认”的方式给予部分确认。基金募集截止日提前至6月15日，6月16日起不再接受认购申请。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 该基金也成为3只中证国新央企科技引领ETF中，首只宣布提前结募的产品。3只基金均于5月30日获批发行，6月12日首度发行。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L">南方基金</font>认为，央企作为国民经济的重要支柱，是打赢关键核心技术攻坚战、引领自主可控的中坚力量。南方中证国新央企科技引领指数ETF的推出，一方面将为投资者配置相关上市公司股票提供优质的投资工具，另一方面也有望给相关板块带来增量资金，为科技型央企价值重塑注入动力，服务央企上市公司高质量发展。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 据悉，中证国新央企科技引领指数发布于2022年11月16日，主要选取国务院国资委下属业务涉及航空航天与国防、计算机、电子、<font cms-style="font-L">半导体</font>、<font cms-style="font-L">通信设备</font>及技术服务等行业的50只上市公司<font cms-style="font-L">证券</font>作为指数样本。6月16日盘后公布的数据显示，该指数当天收盘上涨2.04%，前三大权重股分别为<font cms-style="font-L"><span id="stock_sz002415">海康威视</span><span id="quote_sz002415">(<font color="red">35.140</font>, <font color="red">1.70</font>, <font color="red">5.08%</font>)</span></font>、<font cms-style="font-L"><span id="stock_sz002179">中航光电</span><span id="quote_sz002179">(<font color="red">42.200</font>, <font color="red">0.29</font>, <font color="red">0.69%</font>)</span></font>、<font cms-style="font-L"><span id="stock_sh600760">中航沈飞</span><span id="quote_sh600760">(<font color="red">57.320</font>, <font color="red">0.18</font>, <font color="red">0.32%</font>)</span></font>，所占权重均大于5%。</p>

<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L strong-Bold">新一批央企指数基金上报待“批”</font></p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 近年来，伴随着“<font cms-style="font-L">中特估</font>”概念的提出，相关<font cms-style="font-L">题材</font>投资一度成为市场热点，央企指数<font cms-style="font-L">基金发行</font>也受到市场高度关注。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 此次发行的中证国新央企科技引领ETF，与之前发行的中证国新央企股东回报ETF均举办了专门的基金推介会。此前3只中证国新央企股东回报ETF均达到首募上限，合计募资规模超过60亿元。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 另外，新一批中证国新央企指数基金——中证国新央企现代能源ETF也上报待“批”。上报该指数基金的三家<font cms-style="font-L">基金公司</font>分别为<font cms-style="font-L">博时基金</font>、<font cms-style="font-L">工银瑞信基金</font>、<font cms-style="font-L">嘉实基金</font>，此批基金与中证国新央企科技引领ETF、中证国新央企股东回报ETF均于3月14日上报。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 新的央企指数发布也“马不停蹄”。仅2023年5月初，就有10只新央企指数对外发布，其中包括2只由中证指数公司和中国诚通集团联合发布的指数。据不完全统计，截至记者发稿，市场上发布的各式央企指数已超过30条，其中，股票指数达20条。</p>

<p cms-style="font-L"> <font cms-style="font-L">Choice数据</font>显示，截至6月15日，目前跟踪各类央企指数的已成立基金约30只（按基金主代码计算），合计基金规模接近400亿元。其中，规模最大的为2只跟踪<span id="stock_sh000860">中证央企结构调整指数</span><span id="quote_sh000860">(<font color="red">1185.0139</font>, <font color="red">17.25</font>, <font color="red">1.48%</font>)</span>的基金，分别为华夏中证央企结构调整ETF、博时中证央企结构调整ETF，2023年一季度末资产净值均超过54亿元。</p>
<p cms-style="font-L"> 不少公募基金经理表示，在新一轮<font cms-style="font-L">国企改革</font>浪潮下，央国企价值重估的“<font cms-style="font-L">中特估</font>”概念或仍是2023年投资的一大主线，后续需要关注会有怎样的进一步政策布局，低估值和有基本面支撑的国企可适当配置。</p>
